This Privacy Policy explains how Enterprise AI collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users utilizing our services. We take all necessary steps to ensure the security and privacy of our users' personal data. We provide access to advanced AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) through a cloud platform.

3. Definitions

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

• Usage Data: Information about user interactions with the platform, including queries to AI models and usage of features.
• Data Obtained via Google API: If the user provides consent, we may access data from Google accounts, such as email address, profile, and other data, according to the scopes agreed upon on the OAuth consent screen. The user must consent to the processing of this data to enable the use of the related features of the platform.
  

5. How Do We Use the Collected Data?

The collected data may be used for the following purposes:

• Providing Services: Enabling users to access the features of the Enterprise AI platform and personalizing their experiences.
• Analysis and Improvement of Services: Analyzing user data to improve our services and develop new features.
• Account Management: Allowing users to manage their accounts, including password recovery and technical issue resolution.
• Communication: Sending notifications about updates, changes in services, and responses to user inquiries.
  

6. Data Transfer to External Service Providers

The user agrees that, in order to provide Enterprise AI services, their messages and data may be transmitted to external providers such as Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic. This data is transmitted for processing and to obtain responses to user inquiries.

It should be noted that WEBSENSA sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the data transmitted to these external entities, including their storage and potential deletion. The user is aware that there is no possibility of controlling or deleting the data after it has been transmitted to these providers.

7. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The processing of users' personal data is based on their consent. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

8. Data Use Limitation Principle

Enterprise AI adheres to the Google data use limitation principle, which means that:

• Data obtained through Google API will only be used to provide functionalities visible to users in the application. For example, with consent, we may use Google Calendar data to manage users' schedules.
• Access Limitation: We do not share users' data with third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers, or other entities, without the user's consent.

9. Data Storage

Users' personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with legal requirements. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

10. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access their personal data.
• Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
• Delete their personal data.
• Restrict the processing of their data.
• Transfer their data to another administrator.
